This ADU was built in 2019 in West Oakland for a realty company, with the goal to build a gorgeous ADU as quickly as possible, but without sacrificing quality.

For this project, we opted for laminate floors in a reclaimed grey oak style. The walls were painted a flat silver color and finished with an orange peel texture to create a subdued, sophisticated feel. Finally, the kitchen was designed with simple cabinetry and an understated countertop that minimized installation time.
